My experience as a builder gives me a unique perspective in working with contractors or owners that wish to work as their own contractor—in fact about 50% of my clients fall into that category. When preparing working drawings I imagine the construction process in my mind—the end result is a clear and logically buildable project despite any unusual configurations.

For those with the desire and time to invest in managing subcontractors or doing the work themselves the savings can be dramatic—25% or more. I can assist in those areas where an individual may not have the experience or resources to comfortably execute some of the more complex components of a building project. I am always a phone call or an E-mail away—this is part of the basic services I provide. For a pre-arranged fee I can become more involved, performing additional design work, meeting with sub-contractors or preparing and reviewing shop drawings.
